You just heard the talk. Here's the whole thing on one page.

No argument to re-read and nothing to scroll past. Three rungs, the prices, and the day we walk out of each one. Most people should start on the first.

What you can buy

Three things. Each one says when we leave.

You've been sold to before, so here is the whole ladder with the prices on it. Every rung says what you get, how long it takes, what counts as success, and the day we walk out. Most people should start on the first one.

Why the second rung is deliberately small

Two weeks and one workflow is the smallest thing that can still prove something. If we opened with three months and $40,000, you would have to trust us before you had any reason to. This way you don't.

If you only do one thing

Book the diagnosis. 60 minutes, and you'll leave knowing whether the answer is us, someone else, or not yet.

Before you ask

The questions that actually stop people.

Will you end up as our outsourced IT department?

No. Every rung above states when we leave, and that is the actual commitment. We build one thing, teach your people to run it, and go. We don't run your accounts and we don't charge a monthly fee for being on call.

Are we too small for this?

A one-person business is a normal client here. The first workflow is the same size whether you have one employee or forty β€” it's one workflow.

Is this going to cost people their jobs?

Not in anything we scope. We move repeated work β€” the same sentence typed again, the same file moved again β€” and that is time, not a role. You can't lift out whoever runs a function, and we don't try. What changes is how big a business the same people can carry.

What happens to our data?

Your systems of record stay yours, under your own logins β€” we don't move your business onto anything of ours. A workflow that calls an AI model does send text to that provider to get an answer back, the same way your email already passes through one; we'll tell you exactly which providers yours touches before it's built. What we write down about how your business works is a document you own, and you keep it whether or not you work with us again.

We tried this before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

Usually because the work got handed off β€” somebody built it, presented it and left, and nobody inside could maintain it. The whole shape above exists to stop that: your people are using it while we're still there, so by the time we go it's already a habit.

What if you tell us AI isn't the answer?

Then that's the diagnosis, and you spent AUD $290 to not spend AUD $6,000. Not every business has a workflow worth handing to a machine yet.
